Lochhead refers to damage caused by 'exceptional storm'

Rural Affairs Secretary, Richard Lochhead, is visiting Lossiemouth harbour and other affected ports to assess the damage caused by a storm which has been described as the worst in living memory.

A 15 metre section of Lossiemouth harbour wall collapsed on Friday evening as the storm battered the east coast affecting ports from Wick to North Berwick.

Families were evacuated from their homes.

Richard Lochhead MSP spoke to BBC Scotland's Hayley Millar.
