Postcode lottery scandal of baby ashes
A BBC Scotland investigation has revealed bereaved parents may or may not have received ashes from their baby's cremation, depending on where they live.
New evidence has shown the scandal is more widespread than first thought.
In December 2011 it emerged bereaved parents at Edinburgh's Mortonhall Crematorium had for decades been told there would be no remains from the cremation of their babies only to find out ashes had been secretly buried.
BBC Scotland's investigations correspondent Mark Daly reports.
