Why be a culture capital?

Bids for the UK City of Culture for 2017 are in and the waiting begins. Two Scottish cities - Aberdeen and Dundee - are in the running alongside nine others. The final decision will be made in November. The City of Culture title comes around every four years and the current holder is Derry-Londonderry. Our reporter Kevin Keane crossed the water to find out what the title has done for the people who live there.
