Aerial footage of Inverkip demolition
Watch aerial footage of the demolition of the chimney stack at Inverkip power station on the Firth of Clyde.
Two controlled explosions brought the former landmark for sailors and pilots crashing to the ground at 22:00 on Sunday night.
The chimney was the tallest in Scotland and third highest in the UK.
The oil crisis of the 1970s meant the station was too expensive to operate and its owner, Scottish Power, has now decided to redevelop the site.
