Time-lapse footage of Kelpies being installed at Helix Project
Time-lapse footage has captured workers installing two giant horses' heads which will form the public art centrepiece of a new £25m park.
The 30m-high Kelpies were designed by sculptor Andy Scott as an entrance to the newly-created parkland between Falkirk and Grangemouth.
The Helix Project, a £25m regeneration scheme, has extended the canal to Grangemouth and created 27km of pathways.
The park will open to the public on Saturday, while work continues on the Kelpies and other parts of the project.
