Grangemouth workers told of pay changes

Workers at the Grangemouth oil refinery have been given details of a survival plan by the plant owners Ineos.

The company has said it is communicating directly with employees rather than dealing with the Unite union.

It comes amid fresh clashes over the company's finances and its decision to shut down the plant.

Employees have until Tuesday to decide whether they accept the terms and conditions.
