Singing astronaut Chris Hadfield on the view from space

Commander Chris Hadfield captivated the world with music videos and photos from the International Space Station earlier this year.

From December 2012 until May 2013, the Canadian astronaut sang and posted on social media from space, as commander of Expedition 35.

After taking retirement, Mr Hadfield is telling others about his life as a spaceman.

BBC Scotland's Joanne Macaulay caught up with him in Edinburgh.
