Schoolboy's Lego 'Disaster' film stars in Red Cross campaign

A 14-year-old schoolboy has created an animated film in his bedroom which is starring in a British Red Cross campaign.

Morgan Spence, from Kilbarchan, used Lego bricks and a webcam to put together the interactive animation Disaster Island.

Players must choose the best course of action when faced with disaster scenarios.

The stop-motion film is part of the charity's campaign to highlight the importance of being prepared for emergency situations.

Disaster Island can be viewed on the British Red Cross website, external.
