Prestwick Airport set for £10m taxpayer revamp

Infrastructure Secretary Nicola Sturgeon told MSPs the airport would be run on a commercial basis and the Scottish Government expected a return on taxpayers' investment.

The Scottish government bought the airport for £1 in 2013 amid fears that the site could be forced to close.
