Yes please: Salmond and Sturgeon do ice bucket challenge

Scotland's First Minister Alex Salmond has taken the ice bucket challenge after being nominated by actor James McAvoy.

The internet craze sees people posting videos online of them having water poured over them, with the aim of raising money and awareness for charity.

McAvoy challenged both Mr Salmond and Better Together leader Alistair Darling to take part.

Mr Salmond's soaking was swiftly followed by a drenching for his deputy Nicola Sturgeon, who he had nominated along with the "every single one of the Scottish press corps" and Prime Minister David Cameron.
