Scottish referendum: Devolution chief says: "I'll deliver"

Lord Smith of Kelvin will lead the new devolution commission aimed at delivering more powers to the Scottish Parliament.

He has until the start of next year to get consensus from all the main parties on how to proceed.

BBC Radio's Good Morning Scotland's reporter Rekha John asked him how he felt about taking on this role. Lord Kelvin said: "I just want to make sure that I get to the facts and I'll deliver. By 30th November I want some heads of agreements out."
