Armistice Day: Plaque for those who served unveiled in station
A plaque has been unveiled in Glasgow Central Station for the thousands who left to go to serve in World War One and World War Two.
Veterans Minister Keith Brown laid a wreath at a platform before unveiling the memorial.
He said: "War comes at a terrible cost.
"It is important that this and future generations should continue to remember that sacrifice and this plaque, where so many soldiers left to go to war, many of whom did not return, is a very fitting way to do that."
