Nicola Sturgeon 'will decide' if second referendum is in manifesto

First Minister Nicola Sturgeon says she will decide whether to include a second referendum in the SNP's manifesto for next year's Holyrood election but that a vote for independence is a decision for the Scottish people.

Scottish Secretary David Mundell had earlier called for the SNP to clarify its position on another referendum after former first minister Alex Salmond claimed that it "was just a matter of timing" given shortcomings in the Scotland Bill.
