One third of Police Scotland staff 'intend to leave'

A new survey of staff and officers working for Police Scotland shows that 33% of all respondents indicated an intention to leave and just 8% believe the organisation is interested in their wellbeing.

The figures are revealed in the first survey since the new single force came into existence.

BBC Scotland's home affairs correspondent Reevel Alderson reports from Police Scotland's training college at Tulliallan.
