Eckford's World War Two soldiers to be honoured

Six men who died during World War Two will be remembered in a special Armistice Day dedication in Eckford.

The rededication ceremony will see their names added to the war memorial in the Borders town.

A two minute silence will be held across the country at 11:00 on the 11th day of the 11th month to mark the moment in 1918 when the gunfire along the Western Front came to an end and the armistice was declared.

BBC Scotland's Richard Gordon has been to find out more about the special service.
