Drone footage captures dog rescue from frozen Loch Morlich

The moment when a dog was rescued from a frozen loch has been captured on camera.

Roger Cruickshank had been flying a drone over Loch Morlich on Sunday when he heard the commotion and saw a man make his way into the cold water.

It is thought that the dog had fallen through ice and was unable to return to shore, after entering the water to fetch a ball thrown by its owner.
