Nicola Sturgeon's worries over 'severe impact' of Brexit
Nicola Sturgeon says Brexit is likely to have a severe impact on the economy, EU nationals living in the UK and British citizens living in other EU countries.
The first minister told Holyrood's European and External Relations Committee that she "remains deeply concerned" by the UK decision to leave the European Union.
The true effect of the referendum on 23 June remains to be seen, she said.
Ms Sturgeon told MSPs that the Scottish government would continue to explore all options to protect Scotland's interests in the EU including the option of pursuing a second independence referendum.
