Prince Harry makes official Royal visit to Aberdeenshire

Prince Harry has been visiting sport schemes for young people during his first official visit to Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire.

Speaking at a mentoring event at Mackie Academy, as part of The Diana Award established in memory of his late mother, he told pupils that a sergeant at Sandhurst had helped him come to terms with her death.

The prince also visited Transition extreme sports and the Streetsport initiative at Robert Gordon University, where he was brave enough to take on the current champion.
