Travel the Forth Bridge in 3D

3D scanning has captured the full glory of the Forth Bridge for use in interactive games, apps and virtual reality tours.

The Forth road and rail bridges, and new Queensferry Crossing, were mapped using billions of images.

The laser scanning was carried out by the Centre for Digital Documentation and Visualisation, a partnership between The Glasgow School of Art and Historic Environment Scotland.
