Willie Rennie: No inconsistency over Brexit and indyref2

Willie Rennie says his party is not inconsistent over its approach on holding a second vote on a Brexit deal but refusing to back another referendum on Scottish independence.

The Scottish Liberal Democrat leader told BBC Scotland's Hayley Millar that when the deal to leave the European Union has been brokered, "the British people should have the final say on something so monumental".
