RAF founder Sir David Henderson remembered

A Glasgow man who played an integral role in forming the Royal Air Force is to be recognised as part of a new exhibition in the city.

Sir David Henderson saw the need for an independent air force.

The Royal Flying Corp then merged with the Royal Naval Air Service.

The RAF was subsequently formed in 1918.
