Longannet Power Station boiler house demolished in controlled explosion
The boiler house of what was once Europe's largest coal-fired power station has been demolished.
Longannet Power Station in Fife remained Scotland's largest station of its kind when it closed in 2016.
Site owners Scottish Power say a controlled explosion was used to demolish the structure.
The station began operating in 1970.
