Sturgeon: 'Limit household mixing to a maximum of three'

First Minister Nicola Sturgeon said she was not banning or restricting household mixing in law, but would be issuing strong guidance urging the public to reduce contacts with people from other households.

She said: "I am not asking anyone to cancel Christmas."
