Swinney refuses to say whether he will be next SNP leader

Former Deputy First Minister John Swinney has refused to be drawn on whether he will be the next SNP leader as Humza Yousaf is set to resign.

"Obviously, there's a lot to happen today, so I think we should probably wait to hear what the first minister has got to say today," the MSP for Perthshire North added.
