Engineer Dorothée Pullinger's 'car for women'

It is exactly 30 years since pioneering car engineer Dorothée Aurélie Marianne Pullinger died in Guernsey.

For enthusiasts she is fondly remembered for the Galloway car, which was made by women in south west Scotland for the women of the world.

In the 1920s when motoring was predominantly male preserve, the Galloway was aimed specifically at women drivers, as Graham Fraser reports.
