David Cameron: "We will fight for the UK'

Conservative Party leader David Cameron said the Tories would "fight for the UK with everything we've got".

Mr Cameron said it was time for First Minster Alex Salmond to "stop dithering and start delivering".

The prime minister was addressing the Scottish Conservative Party conference in Troon.

Mr Cameron told delegates there was much work to be done to increase the party's popularity in Scotland.
