New BBC Wales director Rhodri Talfan Davies starts work

The new director of BBC Cymru Wales has taken up his post.

Rhodri Talfan Davies was appointed in July as the successor to Menna Richards.

He spoke to Bethan Rhys Roberts about the challenges of the role.
