Electrification for rail lines to Swansea and valleys

The Great Western rail line is to be electrified between London and Swansea, and in the south Wales valleys.

The UK government agreed last year to electrify the line as far west as Cardiff, and had been lobbied to extend the investment to Swansea.

Welsh Secretary Cheryl Gillan told Bethan Rhys Roberts on the BBC's Good Morning Wales radio programme what it means for Wales.
