Sharp rise in skin cancer cases in Wales

New figures show the number of people in Wales diagnosed with skin cancer has risen sharply in the last 30 years.

The figures, released by Cancer Research UK, show that around two people in their 50s are diagnosed with malignant melanoma every week in Wales.

BBC Radio Wales' Good Morning Wales spoke to Dr Julie Sharp of Cancer Research UK and Tony Fitzgerald from Swansea, was diagnosed with malignant melanoma in 2003.
