Fred Evans is going for Olympic gold, says ex-Olympian

Cardiff boxer Fred Evans is guaranteed at least a silver in London 2012 after reaching the men's welterweight final on Friday.

Good Morning Wales spoke to former Olympian Colin Jones, who competed in the 1976 Games in Montreal.

He fought twice for the world welterweight championship and is also a former Welsh Sports Personality of the Year. He was head coach at a pre-Games training camp in Cardiff.
