Paralympics: Grassroots key to Wales success - Dame Tanni
Dame Tanni Grey-Thompson, the UK's most successful Paralympian, says Wales has punched above its weight in the Games due to its investment in grass roots participation.
She says Wales has successfully managed to combine elite disabled sports with participation.
The Cardiff-born athlete is also one of the torch bearers ahead of the opening ceremony in London on Wednesday night.
She told Felicity Evans how excited she was to be part of the event.
