Missing children: Lawyer's view of 'parental abduction'
A family lawyer has explained the legal issues surrounding parental abduction after a High Court judge ordered a nationwide search for a woman from Llanelli who has disappeared with her four children.
In his appeal, High Court Judge Justice Roderic Wood said Jessica, 14, Tomas, 12, Eva, nine, and David Palacin Jones, eight were "vulnerable".
The children are believed to be at the centre of a dispute with their mother's Spanish husband.
Lawyer Wendy Hopkins spoke to Oliver Hides on BBC Radio Wales.
