Wales Air Ambulance: up and away in new vehicle

The Wales Air Ambulance has launched a new helicopter for mid Wales to complete a fleet of three across the country.

The upgrade follows months of fundraising to generate an extra £600,000 for the purpose-built aircraft.

It is said to be the most advanced air ambulance in the UK.

BBC Wales health correspondent Owain Clarke took to the skies to see what a difference the new air ambulance will make.
