Silk Commission: Discussion ahead of report on Wales' tax powers

Should the Assembly be in charge of taxes in Wales, or at least some of them?

On Monday the Silk Commission, named after its chairman Paul Silk, will publish its report on whether some tax-raising powers should be devolved.

BBC Radio Wales' Sunday Supplement presenter Vaughan Roderick spoke to Rachel Banner of True Wales - the main "vote no" campaign in last year's referendum - and Alan Trench, an honorary fellow at the School of Social and Political Science at Edinburgh University.
