The Health Protection Agency says laboratory tests in Wales and England show the numbers of reported cases are up by 72% on the same period last year.

Dr Roland Salmon, consultant epidemiologist for Public Health Wales, told BBC Radio Wales' Bethan Rhys Roberts what effect the bug can have.
