New Year Honours: Robert Croft to receive MBE from Queen

Former Glamorgan and England spin bowler Robert Croft receives an MBE in the New Year Honours.

The Swansea-born star retired from playing this year at the age of 42.

He captained Glamorgan from 2003 to 2006 and played county cricket for 23 seasons.

Croft told BBC Wales the nod from the Queen will spur him on in his new coaching career.
