First Minister Carwyn Jones defends trips abroad

The First minister Carwyn Jones is in Turkey on a trade mission.

He is hoping to promote Welsh businesses in one of the world's fastest growing economies.

Turkey trades in fuels, oil, motor vehicles, textiles and electronics, while the country's Vestel is the largest TV producer in Europe and it is classified as a "newly industrialised country' by economists".

Mr Jones spoke to Good Morning Wales from Istanbul to defend the number of trade missions abroad he takes.
