Carers' needs part of bill to 'transform' social care
People who look after disabled, sick or frail relatives will have more help under a law proposed by the Welsh government.
The new Social Services and Wellbeing Bill aims to widen the range of people and organisations delivering social services, which will give people greater choice and more control over the help they receive.
It will also become easier for social workers to enter homes and speak to vulnerable adults.
Political reporter Adrian Browne explained to BBC Wales Today presenter Kate Morgan how the new law would work.
