Crossrail: Ex-apprentice Terry Morgan's £15bn Crossrail task

Terry Morgan started out as an apprentice at a car parts factory in Cwmbran but is now in charge of Europe's biggest civil engineering project.

He is the chairman of Crossrail, which is London's new east-west rail link.

His budget is £15bn, about the same as the Welsh government spends every year.

BBC Wales business correspondent Nick Servini reports.
