Welsh government sale of £20m land investigated
Two more investigations are under way into the sale of more than £20m-worth of publicly-owned land in Wales to a company in Guernsey.
The activities of the Regeneration Investment Fund for Wales are already being investigated by the public spending watchdog the Wales Audit Office.
Now the Welsh government is carrying out two internal reviews and has confirmed that the fund has been suspended.
Byron Davies, Conservative AM for South Wales West, told Bethan Rhys Roberts of BBC Radio Wales he was concerned about a "lack of transparency" around the sale.
