Commissioner Winston Roddick sets out police priorities

The priorities of the police and crime commissioner for north Wales over the next five years are being considered.

The north Wales police and crime panel has been debating Winston Roddick's plans on Thursday, before deciding whether to approve them.

Mr Roddick wants his comments published monthly on crime statistics, and a specialist unit to tackle rape.

All commissioners are required to set out their plans.
