Welsh hospitals: Huge increase in A&E patients
Hospitals across Wales say they are experiencing "unprecedented" levels of admissions.
On Monday, more than 300 patients were seen at the A&E department at Morriston Hospital in Swansea, while the University Hospital of Wales in Cardiff saw the the number of patients going to A&E increase by a quarter.
Meanwhile, ambulances have been queuing outside hospitals across the country.
Dr Graham Shortland, medical director at Cardiff and Vale health board, said they were seeing a greater level of illness than usual.
