McKay Commission: What is the West Lothian question?

Welsh, Scottish and Northern Irish MP's could see their role in the House of Commons limited in the future if recommendations to give English MPs a greater say in laws affecting England are implemented.

That is one of many conclusions of the McKay Commission, set up to by the UK government last year to examine the so-called West Lothian question.
