Childcare issues 'hold women back' Chwarae Teg claims

Childcare issues are still "holding women back" in the workplace and it impacts on the Welsh economy, a report from the campaign group, Chwarae Teg says.

It says almost half of women who work do so part time and more than half of those surveyed are working in public administration, education or health.

The majority of employers think that further action by the state would help to achieve equality - particularly with childcare - it says.

Economics correspondent Sarah Dickins was at the launch of the report in Cardiff, for BBC Wales Today.
