Ambulance response time targets missed across Wales

New figures show ambulances in all parts of Wales are failing to meet response time targets.

It comes as the Welsh government tries to address problems of so-called bed-blocking and waiting times in accident and emergency departments.

One man who recently lost his mother says she suffered because of pressures on the NHS.
