Alzheimer's Society: 'Be open about dementia'
Calls have been made for people to be more open about dementia.
Thousands of people across Wales are living with the condition without getting the help they need.
Around 17,000 people in Wales have been diagnosed but roughly twice as many do not know they have it.
Experts say Wales is the worst place in the UK for identifying the illness, with only 39% of sufferers diagnosed.
Alzheimer's Society says part of the problem is that people can be reluctant to speak to professionals and their family
BBC Wales' Jordan Davies has been to visit a couple learning to live with dementia, while Sue Phelps, director of Alzheimer's Society in Wales, discusses the issue.
