Public services ombudsman for Wales wants more privacy power
BBC Wales has learnt that Wales could become the first country in the UK to have an independent watchdog that has the power to stop the publication of some of its reports and to prosecute those who go against his wishes.
The Public Services Ombudsman, Peter Tyndall, says he wants the power to charge complainants with contempt of court if they go to the media with a report he says should be confidential.
He spoke to Bethan Rhys Roberts.
