Laverbread rebranded in Dan Rees art exhibition

A Swansea-born artist who lives in Berlin has turned his love of laverbread into an art exhibition at the National Museum in Cardiff.

Dan Rees told Peter Johnson on BBC Radio Wales that he wants the traditional seaweed dish to be reinvented for the modern consumer.
