Nuisance calls fine for firms in BBC series

Two Welsh firms which appear in the BBC Three series The Call Centre have been fined £225,00 for making nuisance calls.

The information commissioner fined the companies for not adequately checking whether people had opted out of getting the calls.

Both firms say they will appeal.

Rhodri Lewis spoke to Assistant Information Commissioner Anne Jones as part of his report.
