Betsi Cadwaladr health board 'leadership challenges'

The chairman and chief executive of Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board (BCUHB) in north Wales are to step down following a highly critical report about how the organisation is run.

Here, Kate Chamberlain, chief executive of Healthcare Inspectorate Wales which co-authored the report, highlights some of the "significant leadership challenges" facing the board, adding that the organisation was "concerned with the pace of change".

She was speaking with Bethan Rhys Roberts on BBC Radio Wales.
